OFA Nevada... Still Full of Hope, & for Good Reason!

Yesterday, we discussed Ralston's column and surprise in the media over President Obama's campaign. Can Obama survive? Is it possible? Yes, it really is.

OFA Nevada had another busy week last week. Their new Henderson office is now open, and people have been pouring in to volunteer. On Wednesday, OFA did a phone bank... And none other than the Clark County Democratic Party Chair dropped by to make some calls!

And on Saturday, a group of OFA California volunteers made a weekend road trip here to help the locals with voter registration and canvassing. There were also phone bankers making calls inside the office.

Now does this look like a "hopelessly doomed" campaign to you? Does this look like a losing campaign to you? It certainly doesn't to me.

I've yet to hear of this much excitement on the GOP side. I know Ron Paul's people are throwing their signs all over town again. Wow. But really, who on their side is doing house parties, staging phone banks, and generating any sort of grassroots excitement? And President Obama supposedly has the "hopelessly doomed" campaign?
