Yes, Sonia Sotomayor will finally claim her rightful seat on the US Supreme Court. The US Senate just voted 68-31 to confirm her as our newest Associate Justice (replacing retiring Justice David Souter).
Of course, Johnny Casino voted "Nay" because she's not a "strict destructionist" who likes to take away our civil liberties while claiming "love" for the Constitution. Whatever. He & the other "GOPosaurs" can suck a lemon. We can finally rest assured that we will have a full Supreme Court ready to work this fall.

Johnny Casino & "Sanctity" in the Same Sentence?
Surely one jests! But no, it really happened.
Oh noezz, we can't have a judge who... You know, reads and understands the constitution. After all, she wouldn't be any good in bed. Come on, you wouldn't want to know what Johnny's really talking about when he says "sanctity". ;-)

“Judge Sotomayor’s record and testimony provide uncertainty and doubt that she will rule with a fair and impartial adherence to the rule of law."
